At Multi-Health Systems, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

Label and Ship

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
